Promo Codes and Sales

PROMO CODE

As a token of appreciation to our loyal customers, our creative team has prepared a series of promotional activities so that you can enjoy a variety of benefits when buying your favorite nail products.

If you love shopping online, this news is sure to make you happy!

We are giving away promo codes that let you save when shopping online on our website. This is a special voucher with an alphanumeric code that is linked to an online order on the galaxy-professional.com website.

Types of promo codes

• A discount on the total amount (percentage);
• A reduction of the total amount by a fixed value;
• A discount on specific products (a product group, a specific brand);
• Free delivery.

A promo code may apply to a specific type of customer, either a business or an individual, and may also be intended for customers from a particular location.

How does a promo code work?

Every promo code has a limited validity period and is valid until the expiry date indicated on it. Once that period has expired, the voucher can no longer be used. Each individual promo code can be used for only one online purchase.

Promo codes cannot be used for purchases in our stores and distribution centers; they are valid exclusively for online shopping on the galaxy-professional.com website.

How do I get a promo code?

Galaxy Professional offers promo codes and other special offers via e-mail, our newsletter, our social media pages, our website and other advertising channels. There are two types of promo codes: unique and universal.

• A unique promo code is linked to your account on the galaxy-professional.com website and is received exclusively by e-mail. Receiving and redeeming the benefits of a unique promo code usually depends on meeting a certain condition. This promo code is valid exclusively for a single purchase from the account linked to the e-mail address to which the voucher was sent.
• A universal promo code is available to all customers and is published publicly on our social media, our website or in the promotional materials we periodically send to the e-mail addresses of registered users. This code can be used by anyone who has access to it and is not tied to an individual account. In other words, you can use a universal promo code yourself and, at the same time, share it with other customers so that they too can enjoy the stated benefits when shopping online. A universal promo code can be used for only one purchase per account.

How do I use a promo code?

When shopping online, you can use only one promo code per order. A single promo code cannot be used more than once from the same account. A promo code can be applied automatically or entered manually.

Depending on our current offers, you may have several different active promo codes at the same time. Only value-based promo codes (expressed as a fixed amount in dinars) can be combined in a single order. Value-based promo codes cannot be combined with other types of promo codes, such as those offering a percentage discount or other benefits.

Automatic promo code entry

Automatically assigned promo codes are shown in your account on the Shopping Cart page. With each online purchase, you can choose one of the codes offered by clicking the APPLY button. The promo code will be entered automatically and applied to your order immediately.

Manual promo code entry

If you have a promo code, when shopping on our website, go to the Shopping Cart page, enter the full alphanumeric code in the corresponding field below the total amount in your cart, and click OK. Once the promo code has been entered, the promotion is applied to your order immediately.

A promo code is just one of the ways to save when shopping on our website. Keep an eye on our special offers and take advantage of the discounts.
